6- Security receptionist — concierge

• We provide staff for a concierge and front of house or reception service individually tailored to meet specific client requirements. Our recruitment team target individuals with exceptional customer care knowledge and experience and the ability to be diplomatic but firm, responsive and proactive but at all times with the security and integrity of the building in mind.

8- SCHOOL SECURITY

• SHIELD can provide security for all type of schools taking account of general security, Health and Safety issues, vandalism and the safety i.e. staff and pupils in general.
• Our aim is to provide a safe and secure environment for pupils, staff and visitors. Our Security Policy ensures that we have in place effective Procedures to enable us to achieve this aim.
• In order to achieve our aim: 
• We work closely with school’s management, Governing Body and Head teacher. 
• We will liaise and attend meetings with Police and other local and communal organizations.
• We develop and maintain an overall policy for security health and safety policies within the school and monitor its implementation via routine checks. 
• We will conduct formal risk assessments and update on a regular basis.
• We will carry routine security checks out on an ongoing basis by the supervisors and management team. 
• We will control entrance and exist of visitors and contractors as well as overseeing the sign in book and issuing badges.
• We will plan, implement and operate Security systems such as fencing, gates, intruder alarm and CCTV.
• We will take part in planning and administrating emergency procedures such as building evacuation.
• We will maintain a report book including incident and event log.
• We will secure school evening functions, holidays functions and any other onsite Function.
